Pricing

Our annual maintenance / subscription fee is $87 (Inc GST). This includes battery replacement, cleaning, full testing and compliance in accordance with the regulations.

We currently service properties along the NW Coast of Tasmania from Smithton through to Port Sorell and all towns in between, as well as West Coast towns from Rosebery through to Strahan. Please contact us to discuss other locations.

If new alarms are required to meet regulations, the additional charges for the installation of these are:

• Replacement Photoelectric 240V with 9V battery backup smoke detector for $95 (Inc GST).

• Installation of a new Photoelectric / Thermal 10 year sealed lithium battery smoke alarm for $85 (Inc GST).

Note:

How many smoke alarms required will depend on the floor plan of each property, the property construction type and how many levels the property has and will be determined upon initial inspection.  Please feel free to contact us if you would like some more information on the regulations and an idea of what might be required at your property.

The annual maintenance / subscription fee includes as many return visits as required per year to ensure the property remains compliant.  The property must be inspected prior to a new tenant gaining occupancy, annually for an alarm with a replacement backup battery and to rectify faults.
